Returns and refunds




  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, size, or damaged product).






Non-Returnable Items

  • Limited drop or preorder items (unless defective)

  • Accessories, undergarments, or items marked “Final Sale”












Exchanges







  • We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors, subject to availability.

  • To begin an exchange, contact us with your order number and requested change.

  • If the desired item is unavailable, we can issue store credit instead.












Refunds







  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or card statement.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.












Damaged or Incorrect Items






If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:





  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include photos of the item and the packaging

    We will replace the item at no cost or issue a refund.
